Development of Industrial Parks and Construction started operations in the middle of the 1980’s with the construction and administration of “Parque Industrial La Mesa” (Industrial Park “La Mesa”) located in the eastern part of the city with a construction surface area of 777,000 square feet, with leaseholder clients such as Volex of Mexico, Availmed, Hyson, Block Medical, Connor of Mexico, among others.

At present the “Parque Industrial El Realito” (Industrial Park “El Realito”) is under development and construction for future lease with a construction surface area of 410,000 square feet. It is located in the eastern zone of the city where the highest index of industrial and housing growth is found.
The “Parque Industrial El Realito” (Industrial Park “El Realito”) offers sub dividable buildings with construction surface areas that span from 30,000 square feet to 152,000 square feet; all constructed with the highest standards of quality.

Among the current and upcoming developments to be carried out are industrial lands next to “Parque Industrial Los Cabos” (Los Cabos Industrial Park) (323,000 square feet), the “Parque Industrial El Pacífico” (Pacific Industrial Park) (53,000 square feet), “La Meseta de Chema” (Chema Plateau) (699,660 square feet), and in the zone of “El Gandul”, next to the Toyota Plant (4,305,600 square feet). All are properties that follow the Feasibility of Industrial Soil Use on behalf of the authorities.
